The Boys & Girls Clubs of Cumberland Count would like to thank Walmart Foundation for awarding the us with $40, 000 to provide Hot meals & a snack to the Kids during our Summer Camp Program

Health & Life Skills

These initiatives develop young people’s capacity to engage in positive behaviors that nurture their own well-being, set personal goals and live successfully as self-sufficient adults.

Sports, Fitness and Recreation
These Club programs help develop fitness, a positive use of leisure time, reduction of stress, appreciation for the environment and social and interpersonal skills.

Character & Leadership Programs

Helping youth become responsible, caring citizens and acquire skills for participating in the democratic process is the main thrust of these programs. They also develop leadership skills and provide opportunities for planning, decision-making, contributing to Club and community and celebrating our national heritage

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Cumberland County would like to thank Haymount United Methodist Church for providing our Rochester Unit with volunteers to provide Reading and Math Enrichment, Arts & Crafts, Drama, and Our "Passport 2 Manhood" to our members during our Summer Camp Program

The Cumberland community foundation awarded the Cumberland county boys & girls club with  $10,000 towards the Summer Program that will Run from June 20-August 19

Ft. Bragg Area Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc. Donates 22 Laptops to the Spring Lake Unit of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Cumberland County.

About the Boys & Girls Clubs of Cumberland County

From organized games and athletics to drug prevention and healthy habits workshops, Boys & Girls Clubs of cumberland county offers our youth a range of fun and productive activities geared towards success. Clubs are open each day after school from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m (Hours in which research suggest that children to be most vulnerable to gangs, violence and other potentially risky behaviors.  during  the summer the boys and girls Clubs of cumberland county open their doors all day to young people with nowhere else to go.
